If you have already paid dues for your previous city and/or state and the national office has already dispersed the money, those funds cannot be transferred to a different locale.   You will need to pay the additional dues for the new state and/or local chapter.  This can be done by signing into your  account on the MTNA website and click the Add Additional State and Local button located on the left-hand side of your profile page.  Or you can do this over the phone by calling the national office at (513) 421-1420 or (888) 512-5278.
